To ensure that your items are ready for pickup when you arrive, we require that you book a pickup time in advance. If you need your items on the same day, we may be able to accommodate your request, but there may be a wait time involved. Typically, you can expect to be able to pick up your items 1 to 2 days after we have received your payment. If you would like to book a pickup time or need more information, please let us know. We will also provide you with the address of our warehouse.
